Milad Tower CHP plant is the first project of CCHP in Tehran which has been completed by Tanir group in a BOT contract with the Milad Tower company.
The plant consists of two 1025 kW generator and a 1,948 kW MTU genset with heat recovery equipment to provide electricity, heating and cooling to the Milad Tower. Plant launched at the beginning of March 2015 and excess power is fed to the national grid.
